Thanks guys

You can look a few posts back to see our thank you post from August. Just wanted to thank everyone for coming out tonight. It really mean a lot. We ended up raising (in addition to the money from our last show in Walden) $262 dollars. Since we hit over two-hundred we ended up deciding to split it evenly by donating to both Pets Alive and MyChoice. Thanks you guys once again so much. Keep your eyes peeled for new projects. While I’m at it heres the current list of other projects.

Making it for the restivus

Hey ho! ho! ho! So heres a little thing we’re doing for the show on the 23rd. We’re taking any money we’re making off of it, and, well giving it away. Not really though. We’re going to be donating what we make from this show (on top of money we received for our last show in Walden) and donating it to “Pets Alive.” Now if we make a decent amount of money, we will be donating to an additional organization known as “MyChoice.” To sum both organizations up: Pets Alive is a no-kill animal (dogs, cats, horses, and more!) and MyChoice is a treatment center that helps women with unplanned pregnancies.  So if we can make enough, we’d like to donate to both. For more info on the groups, click their names, and you will be directed to their websites.

In no way are we making the 23rd a benefit show, simply the money we-No Dice, Chicago, are making from the show of it will be going to these organizations. We will have plenty of merch for really cheap, and even a limited run of silk-screened posters marking the event for sale. In addition we may have some goody-bag deal, but you will have to come to the show and find out.

As bittersweet as it is, all of here at Camp ND,C are looking forward to the 23rd.

Festivus is the date. December 23rd is our farewell show. It’s at the Tuscan Cafe. I know I personally can’t think of a more suitable venue/line up for us to end with. We’re going to keep in mind that this is the holiday season and we’ll be announcing a little nice gesture we’re doing at the show in a few weeks. Hey guys, just to let you all know, we’re doing that whole “indefinite hiatus,” thing. Pretty much what that means is, were not really gonna be playing music together anymore. Is there a chance someday down the road we could? Yes. Is there a chance we couldn’t? Yes. Either way, without getting into specifics, there are a lot of obstacles that are preventing us from currently being as active as they want. If you really want to see any form of us I’ll be putting a list of everyone else’s other bands at the end of this post. Now for the thanks.
